WHERE PRECISION RESTORES PERFORMANCE
Traditional frame-pulling can’t restore a modern exotic. Our car frame repair starts on a bench jig that locks aluminum and carbon fiber structures into exact factory reference points — no approximations.

Signs Your Car Needs Frame Repair
Frame damage isn't always visible. If an impact involved a wheel, pillar, or crumple zone, have it measured on a bench jig — the same tooling behind our Ferrari frame straightening.

How Exotic Construction Changes Frame Repair
How a vehicle is built determines how structural damage is measured and repaired. Exotics use three very different structures.
-
01
Steel Unibody
Porsche · Maserati · Land Rover
The body and structure are one piece. Damage in one area can shift reference points elsewhere, so the entire structure is measured, not just the impact zone.

02
Aluminum Space-Frame
Ferrari · Audi · Jaguar · Aston Martin
Bonded and riveted aluminum can't be pulled like steel. Damaged sections are repaired or replaced using fixture-based measurement in an isolated environment.

Carbon Fiber
Supercars & performance models
Carbon monocoques and structural components are never straightened. They're inspected, then repaired or replaced exactly as the manufacturer specifies.

Frame Repair FAQs
Can a car be repaired after frame damage?
Yes, in most cases. Our bench jig restores the chassis to factory measurements, and we document the results in a certified geometry report.
Does frame damage mean my car is totaled?
Not necessarily. Whether a car is totaled depends on the repair cost relative to its value, which your insurer determines after the damage assessment. Many frame-damaged exotics are repaired to factory specification and returned to the road.
Will frame damage affect my car's value?
It can. A documented, factory-standard repair helps protect resale value, and you may be entitled to a diminished value claim.
Is it safe to drive a car with frame damage?
We don’t recommend it. Shifted chassis geometry can affect steering, braking, and how the car protects you in a second impact, so we offer 24/7 enclosed transport to our facility.
How do I know the frame was repaired correctly?
Every frame repair ends with post-repair measurement against factory specifications, and you receive photo and measurement documentation of the work. That record also supports resale and any diminished value claim.
Does insurance cover car frame repair?
Car frame repair after an accident is typically covered as part of a collision claim, subject to your policy. We coordinate estimates and supplemental approvals directly with your insurer.
How much does car frame repair cost?
It depends on the extent of structural damage and the parts required. We provide a documented estimate after a bench jig measurement, and frame repair after an accident is typically handled through your insurance claim.
What is frame straightening?
Frame straightening restores a damaged chassis to its factory reference points, using a bench jig to measure and correct structural geometry after a collision.
Can every damaged frame be straightened?
No. When manufacturer procedures call for it, damaged sections are cut out and replaced rather than pulled, which is often the case with aluminum and carbon structures. We follow the procedure each manufacturer specifies.
Do you repair aluminum and carbon fiber structures?
Yes. Aluminum space-frames and structural carbon are repaired in isolated environments, following each manufacturer’s repair procedures.
